Why won't my computer boot?
You sit down at your computer, push the power button and…nothing happens. Perhaps the computer doesn’t turn on at all, or it turns on but shuts right back down, or worse… blue screens. Whatever your issue, we are here to help! Please see our resources page for some troubleshooting steps.
Why cant't I connect to the Internet?
You get home and try to connect your laptop to your Home WiFi. Normally connects right away, but for some reason, the network won’t budge. Maybe a brand new iPhone: when you bring it home, you can’t get it connected to your WiFi. What’s the problem??
Many issues can cause your internet to fail you. Nine times out of Ten, your fix is as easy as unplugging, and plugging back in your modem or router. Can I get my deleted data back?
There are several possible ways to recover deleted files, regardless of the circumstances in which they were deleted. You can restore deleted files from recycle bin, backups, or recover lost files with deleted file recovery software that works even the files have been permanently removed without any backup.
How do I back up my data?

A Slow internet speed or connectivity problems can bring even the biggest operation to its knees. We specilaize in network repair, and diagnostic. If you have a new office space or new home in the boston area that needs wireless or wired internet we can help.
Why is my internet speed so slow?
There are many reasons your Internet connection might appear slow. It could be a problem with your modem or router, Wi-Fi signal, signal strength on your cable line, devices on your network saturating your bandwidth, or even a slow DNS server.

We lose connectivity through out the day, and sometimes can't connect at all.
Losing connection during an important zoom call or while working on a cloud based document can be one of the most frustrating things imaginable. If your internet signal seems to come in and out, and you’ve called your internet service provider multiple times without a fix, give us a call. These issues can stem from a number of areas, and without proper onsite data collection on the connection, and its drops it can be near impossible to correct the issue.
How do I get better wireless coverage?
This is a big question we get here. The quickest fix would be to buy a wireless extender and place it in your home or office. However quickest isnt always the best. An extender can actually slow down your connection in some cases. We recommend router upgrades to a mesh system or an implementation of access point using your existing wireless system. We can provide a full heat map of the wireless connections, and install a wireless distribution that will ensure you’re always connected.
